The training highlighted the importance of applications for smoother operation and better services, mentioning the #financial_transactions made easy thanks to their download.

In addition, the training covered the difficulties the beneficiaries might face while using the applications and tips for the best profit from the #applications.

At the end, a Q&A session was held to clarify any ambiguities.
