He emphasized prioritizing investment in impactful sectors such as agriculture. The discussion highlighted the significance of supporting local food production to reduce dependency on imports, emphasizing improved quality through collaboration among stakeholders. Efforts were also suggested to support MFIs in reducing loan interest rates and establishing a crowdfunding platform, suggesting the implementation by MFIs. Additionally, Jabbour stressed the need for an e-wallet to offer innovative services with minimal operational costs for the microfinance sector in the current landscape.
